* prices (in Euro) for 2 persons per day. Each additional person costs EUR 5.00 per person per day.
Conditions
- The rent is to be paid in advance. 20% of rental is due at booking, the remaining payment is due 4 weeks prior to arrival.
- An additional security deposit of EUR 200.00 is required. The deposit is due together with the final payment 4 weeks prior to arrival. From this deposit you pay the final cleaning charges (EUR 70.00); The excess amount (EUR 130.00) will be returned to you and deposited into your bank account after successful approval at check out.
- At the end of your stay, it is expected that you hand over the apartment clean swept, with all dishes washed and all furniture at its original place.
- For short stays of less than one week we charge 30€ extra for the final cleaning.
